Stephanie Spruce, BCBA
Stephanie Spruce is a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst with extensive experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). In her previous roles within the school systems, Stephanie was responsible for assessing clients, developing behavior intervention plans, and training staff on implementing these plans effectively. She oversaw progress notes for each client and ensured ongoing communication with clients, parents, and staff. Stephanie has also created and organized data collection systems, training staff in data collection techniques, and analyzing and graphing results to monitor progress. Her role involved collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including attendance at IEP, RTI, 504, and PIRT meetings, to provide comprehensive, client-centered support.
Stephanie’s strengths lie in her direct behavior management, where she has designed and implemented ABA-based programs to enhance communication, language, and social skills while reducing challenging behaviors. She has developed and facilitated Social Skills Groups for young children, ages 5-9, helping them build meaningful social connections. Additionally, Stephanie is passionate about community education and has led workshops, including “Supporting Behaviors at Home” for Red Bank Borough Public Schools in 2023, and “How to Say No” at Georgian Court University, offering parents effective strategies for managing behaviors in various environments.
